Recovery Centre Therapy
Comprehensive 3-month recovery programme.

At White River Recovery Centre, our therapy programme is built on a foundation of respect, dignity, and compassion. Our serene setting provides the perfect backdrop for recovery, allowing clients to heal and rebuild their lives.

Our experienced multidisciplinary team works closely with each client, providing individualised care and guiding them towards lasting recovery through evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches.

We care about the whole person.

Addiction affects every aspect of a person’s life—mind, body, and spirit. Our treatment approach is comprehensive, equipping clients with the tools they need to heal, grow, and sustain long-term recovery.

Treating the mind.

Addiction often coexists with mental health conditions. Our dual diagnosis treatment ensures that clients receive expert psychiatric and psychological support to address the underlying mental and emotional effects of addiction.

Understanding spiritual principles.

Our programme incorporates the 12-step philosophy, instilling values such as honesty, hope, faith, integrity, and discipline. Participation in spiritual therapy is optional and tailored to each client’s preferences.

Respecting the body.

Addiction takes a toll on physical health. We integrate exercise, outdoor activities, and healthy living practices to help clients restore their bodies, develop positive habits, and build a strong foundation for long-term well-being.

The Treatment Experience

Committed to your long-term success

Through constructive and developmental activities, our experienced counsellors establish trust, provide structured sober-living experiences, and equip clients with practical tools for long-term recovery.

With a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and professional nurses, we offer a truly comprehensive approach to recovery. Many of our senior team members have walked their own path of recovery and share their experiences to guide and inspire others.
