Since beginning my own journey in recovery, I’ve been driven by a deep desire to give back to the community that supported me. My passion lies in helping others understand the roots of their addiction and empowering them to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
With extensive experience across a variety of treatment settings, I bring a well-rounded perspective to addiction care. I am a registered addictions counsellor with BAPSA and have completed Specialist Addictions Counsellor training through ACCSA. In addition, I am a certified recovery coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a trained Twelve Step facilitator, having personally worked through the Twelve Steps in my own recovery.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, and I find deep fulfillment in supporting individuals who are ready to take that courageous first step toward healing. My approach is compassionate, client-centred, and grounded in lived experience—because I know change is not only possible, but powerful.
